Guest Posts
I accept guest posts on a variety of topics so long as they relate to parenting or nerd/geek culture. I am not currently accepting guest posts promoting a product/service or containing affiliate links. I do not offer compensation for guest posts, however, I will share links to the post on social media and create a pin for the post on Pinterest. You may also include a link to your blog or website in your author bio.
Here are some guidelines for post submissions:
- Topic must be relevant to the blog – nerd/geek/fandom or parenting. Lists, reviews, tips, and relevant personal stories are all acceptable topic ideas.
- Aim for pieces that are in the 800-1000 word range. A little shorter or longer is okay.
- Please proof-read your work. Posts that have excessive spelling and/or grammatical errors will not be accepted.
- The post cannot be already posted on another website or blog.
- The post must be your original work. Any quotes are credited.
- Aim to include an image or two to accompany your post. Please ensure you have permission to use them if they are not your personal photos.

Product Reviews
I would love to feature your product on my blog, as long as it is something I can actually use. I have a five-year-old, a three-year-old, and one-year-old twins, so children’s items for these age groups are great. Children’s books are especially fun for us to review (Please note, I do not share my children’s names or direct views of their faces on social media. I like to get creative with photography to use photos of them that do not include their faces). Other than that, I am particularly interested in reviewing products that fit the nerd parenting theme of the blog.
